Last fall I had the pleasure of playing a little concert at this fine bistro in the mid cities. It was such a great night that we've decided to plan another one. I hope you can make plans to attend. Here's their latest blog about the event from their web site...
We’ve finalized another Brad Thompson Music Night: Wednesday, February 1st from 7-9 p.m. We’ll be serving a cheese plate to each table and have heavy hors d’oeuvres for $20 per person – well worth it. On Brad’s last visit, we had standing room only – so make a reservation by calling us at 817-281-9500 or emailing to queenbee@bizzisbistro.com. A perfect Wednesday evening to get you ready for the rest of the week.

Happy New Year folks!
I've got a real treat planned for you this Saturday as it will be an interesting gig for sure. Join me and my good buddy Greg Luce (btw, new dad for the second time - go Greg!) as we play on the balcony above the bar of this new watering hole in South Arlington. We'll be rocking the 80's most certainly and then Greg always adds some tasty touches to my originals. We've been playing together for close to 16 years, I think, so expect some chemistry that will quite possibly blow your mind. Rock!

Power trio! Start the holiday season off right by checking out this brand new place and listening to the satisfying sounds of the Brad Thompson Trio.
Nov 25 - The night after Thanksgiving where else would you want to go but the finest sushi restaurant in town, right? Piranha Killer Sushi has been one of my favorite gigs for years. Come join me, I start early - 6:00p. I suggest the Dr. Fran Roll, it's the bomb!
Nov 26 -

Just released - Songs for the Spirit Journey by eleven:eleven revolution
I got to play producer on
this
album (as well as vocals, electric and acoustic guitars).
Here's a note from the primary songwriter of the project, Charles Gaby...
Songs for the Spirit Journey is a collection of songs written for community singing rather than radio airplay. But despite the non-commercial intention of the project, the performances make this music an enjoyable listen. The interesting collaboration of artists and the mixture of different styles mean every song has some different feel. Some of these songs have become like theme songs for different moments in a life's journey.
These are not the kind of songs most people hear in church though they are deeply spiritual. They are also deeply ecumenical in their approach to life, faith and community. Songs for the Spirit Journey are songs we can all sing together despite our differences and may be even celebrating our differences.
